What are the best treadmill workouts you can perform? No matter which one you embark on, make sure you start out with a manageable workout program. You might start out walking .1 mile the first day, .2 th second, and so on.

This is just an example, just remember that the key is to make it easy to achieve your initial goals, and then gradually increase them as this way you are the most likely to follow through

It’s very important that you establish goals you want to achieve with your treadmill workout program, so that you know what you are working out for. For example, you might want to lose twenty pounds, run in a marathon, etc.

One idea you might consider is to use fifty percent of your allotted workout time daily to devote to incline work. For example, if you work out an hour a day, devote a half hour for incline workouts, and again, start out gradually and slowly work your way up.

Some other ways to keep your treadmills workout more interesting is to vary what you do. Somedays, for example, you might work out via the treadmill, and otherwise you will life weights and do a full body workout. It's just about not doing the same thing too much and making it boring.

Keep in mind, while cardiovascular workouts are certainly excellent ways to stay in shape, they are far from the only method, and I would highly recommend you not focus exclusively on them.

Make sure you get in a full body program, as not only is this the healthiest, but also it will prevent you from getting boring, which might occur if you do the same treadmill workouts over and over again.
